  90. This program requires Microsoft Windows 95, 98 or NT. The hardware and
  91. memory requirements are the same as those recommended by Microsoft for
  92. Windows itself. If Windows runs well, then NeoPaint should run well too.

  94. The evaluation version of NeoPaint for Windows includes a simple Windows
  95. setup utility. Simply un-zip the NeoPaint ZIP archive into a directory of
  96. your choice and run SETUP.EXE from the Windows Explorer, File Manager,
  97. etc. After the installation is complete, start NeoPaint by choosing the
  98. appropriate item from your Windows Start Menu or by launching the
  99. NeoPaint.exe file in the "NeoPaint for Windows" folder.
